Not well thought out or very user friendly
Kind of a steaming pile. Not easy to navigate, slow to load and typically not up to date information.

The Event Truly app was a great asset to our conference and the Event Truly team was responsive to our needs related to our conference and working the app into all of our needs.

Was working really well, but did not link the sessions that I selected into a calendar to see the easily. Also, lost the links to all of the selected sessions and I now can’t evaluate them.
A great time as always.
We always enjoy the games and the app was great for planning our fun.

I liked the idea of having access to information at my fingertips for the event for both myself and my Crew. I had logged in to make events we wanted to attend with the remind feature. The app needed daily updates which took time and drained our batteries in certain areas. None of the reminders stayed on our phones with each update. We missed several events that we were really hoping to attend. The app was difficult to find things at times, for example you could learn about an activity and what occurred there (I.e. ropes course) but then had to exit out and find it on the map or other key information about it in another area. We would get text messages daily about weather or other items. However when you clicked on it to read it, it was gone and couldn’t be found anywhere on the app. This happened to everyone in my group. It would have been nice to have area or region information on the app as we didn’t know what was going on at the camps. I just feel it could have been better.

This is the worst app it doesn’t work well notifications don’t work and this is not just my phone but 9 out 10 people can’t get this app to work
Mixed feelings
Ap was necessary and useful for maps and event descriptions and times but sadly lacking in information like where each event was supposed to be held. This is more an IT people's input issue than AP malfunction.
Also "finding my group" was pretty useless. People's Icons would only show up when their Ap was accessed within a certain amount of time and would show up WHERE the ap was accessed at that time not necessarily where the person was NOW. This is purely the Ap not working right.
When I uploaded an update midweek, all my previous notifications disappeared! Lost new info on where event location changes where etc :(

Glad this app was set up for our venturing. It’s very helpful and easy to navigate.
Much Better
Been to previous event at and venue in the past and was disappointed. This weekend was much more organized and many options for scouts participate in. I was very impressed with all the different sites and stations for scouts.

This app was so helpful, even several weeks before the event for me. I could look at the maps so I could decide which exhibitor I would place where in my camp. The topographic map was the best for that. During the weekend of the event, I was showing the app to so many people who were asking about activities, trams, restrooms, and schedules. Thank you, Tom Inzinga! You’re our rock star!!

Question on NHXperience map
Will the map for NHXperience be updated for 2018 ? Currently, the map shows 2015 date & info.
Lost being found
On several occasions during the Jamboree I used it to find something on the map and especially the changes of scheduled events. Response time was nearly instantaneous. Maps were difficult to follow on iPhone.
