Broken on iOS 17
Eventail used to be such a useful widget but it no longer seems to be supported and hasn’t been updated for 2 years. Since updating to iOS 17 my existing eventail widgets are blank and it doesn’t appear in my widget list so I can’t add any new ones.
Must have calendar widget
Your whole week of events is just one swipe over to the today home screen, and it’s compact and well featured. The interactive mode allows you to quickly open an event in a favorite calendar app, navigate to a location, and open an event url. Eventail is a great widget companion to other full-featured calendar apps.

Update Needed…
It’s been 2 years since last update…needs a booster update…it does get glitchy at times.

Disappointed this stopped working briefly
This has been a very good app, used daily for a couple of years. I paid for the pro licence. So I was disappointed that it stopped working with ios 15.1. The widget seems to be working a bit better with 15.2, but I still can’t get the settings to load at all.

Do NOT buy the pro version; it does not add the choices that are advertised. I plan to call Apple and request a refund.
Great calendar widget!
The legacy calendar widget had everything I wanted in a calendar widget with the weekly events view and long term upcoming events.
At first the widgets did not appear in the widget list but they appeared after restarting my phone so it might have been an iOS issue.

Super useful—nothing else like it. But app keeps crashing. Please fix!
Essential app
This app carried me through work from home and is so well made. Love the iOS 13 widgets. iOS 14 ones need some work, but thats more due to Apple ruining widgets and not on the developer.

i paid 5$ for pro and i can’t even make it a widget. useless.
No Widget
App seemed promising, so I thought I’d try the free version. Downloaded it and went through all the settings, added calendars, etc. But I couldn’t find how to “ add widget” like the instructions said and widget never showed up on the home or widget screen. Would appreciate some instruction, the troubleshooting page was no help.

Missing widget
Downloaded pro version, widget will not show up to pin on Home Screen. Set up instructions are posted in some type of predator language.
Good on my phone
The widget stopped loading on the iPad so deleted the app there, but after years it still works well on the phone. Five days in the widget makes it too cramped, but the three days display is perfect for my use.
Flexible and very useful
I think this will be the first widget I actually use daily.
Love it, when it works
I really like this app, when I use it in the widget section. However, it’s a crap shoot as to whether it will actually show me my calendar or not. Sometimes it’s there, but most times it’s not. I have to uninstall it, reinstall it, and it will work for a while. Sometimes I don’t do anything and it is there, then unable to load and then it’s back. I wish the programmers would fix this already because it really is a nice app.
Update: I just updated my iOS to the latest version as of Dec 2019 and it is working again. If it remains stable I will update again and give the 5 stars it deserves.

A must-have utility
I mostly use eventail for its calendar functionally, and it has single-handedly saved me from being late more times than I can count. The ability to see your schedule for the day at a glance and with so little effort is incredibly convenient and makes it easy to keep track of when my next meetings are at work. The app is also highly customizable, so I only see calendar events I actually care about.
I highly recommend this app to anyone that uses a calendar.
As a side note, the developer is also very active and addresses bugs pretty quickly. When iOS 13 came out, something about the OS broke widgets, and there were half a dozen updates that came out to address the issue (to the best of the developer’s ability) until it was finally fixed, which is great!

What happened?
Been using this for sometime now. And until recently I have been very happy. For some reason, the widgets only say unable to load. Not sure what is going on? But maybe upgrade to iOS 13.2.3?
