EventCue Crew is the mobile app for event crew, staff, and talent working on shows planned in EventCue. See your day-by-day schedule, travel and lodging, venues and maps, crew contacts, announcements, event files, and LIVE run-of-show updates—wherever you are. What you can do Browse the event schedule with smart filtering View flights, hotels, and ground transport Open venue details with directions and maps Quick access to crew directory and contacts Read daily notes and team announcements Open shared event documents and resources Follow LIVE session timing and updates (when your event uses LIVE) Getting started You need to be invited to an event by your organization’s EventCue admin. Sign-in uses a secure link sent to your email (no separate password in the app). Note: Planning and editing events happens in the EventCue web app; EventCue Crew is for on-site and on-the-go access for invited crew.
