Ineffective app

This app is poor functionally and stability wise. Many problems connecting and getting needed info, app crashes often. When the app is working it is poorly designed for an event attendee. It is difficult to navigate your schedule. When spending a lot of money to attend an event, these apps are very important. Considerable value loss attending an event that depends on this app.

I’ve sent multiple inquiries as to why my profile and info has not been download after a specific event ! I understand that other people are experiencing this as well I’ve sent 8-10 requests asking them to look into the situation but have not received any feedback
