Broken customer service support
Purchased tickets don’t show up in the app. Tried to contact customer service and received an “access to this server denied”. They bought See Tickets two years ago. Must be owned by a 30 year old manchild living in his mother’s basement!
App never worked
Why do they make an app that never works? Can't find shows, can't find artists...
App doesn’t link to correct account
This company seems to have a different website for every country and it seems that when you set up your account on eventim.us, this app is not linked to that, so it cannot find your account or tickets. Useless
Website vs App
Used it a few months ago and it worked but now the app isn’t showing my ticket
can’t see ur ticket
logged in with my existing account and it didn’t list my tickets, so i can’t even see them to get in the venue. going to delete rn since there’s no point of having the app. had to dig and print oht my ticket.
Cannot see tickets
I have to dig through my email to find the tickets every single time.
Show cancellation
Not flexible even if the show was cancelled by the artist. And new show was in the middle of the week. Deadline for refund way out before the new show. And missed it by less than one day. Zero refund.
Doesn’t sync with your purchases
Created an account, app doesn’t show I have any tickets, so I have to use the email I received when I bought the tickets for entry to the venue. Will be deleting the app since there’s no point in having it on my phone.
Does not have parity with the website.
I have purchased several tickets and can access them from the website but when I sign in here nothing is listed. I’ve also found that I can sign into another eventim website that works with my account but also doesn’t list my tickets. I specifically need to use the link from the receipt in my email. I don’t know if it’s a part of their recover/transition with another company or what but for the time being the app is useless to me.

Easy to use!
Super quick and easy to download my tickets! Great interface and experience overall - got my tickets in less than 2 mins 🙌
Broken login
Trying to login with an existing account has you filling out another profile and account screen. Very confusing which app is needed, this one or “see tickets” since they both have the same name.
