Please try to make this user friendly. I HATE buying tickets on this app, it is always such a nightmare, especially when buying multiple tickets.

Physical tickets WHATS THAT !

Can I speak on how I no longer have to be concerned about losing my physical ticket or even missing Early Bird discounted ticket deals !!! It’s the convenience of not having to rush through traffic for a ticket or standing in a long line just to buy/confirm a ticket !
