Super Unterstützung
Die App hat sehr gut funktioniert und ist sehr intuitiv zu nutzen. Das einfache Einscannen der Teilnehmer durch den Teamlead ist supereinfach und ein tolles Feature!
Startet nicht und stürzt ab
Trotz mehrfacher Installation der App läuft die App nicht auf meinem iPhone. Auch auf dem iPad läuft die App nicht. iOS 18.1.1 ist installiert. Die App stürzt beim Aufruf ab. Ein Login ist nicht möglich. Die Hinweise mit dem Löschen der Daten geht nicht, da es einen solchen Button in der App gar nicht gibt,

Sehr nützlich!
Ich habe die App während den IG23 genutzt und war sehr zufrieden. Schichtplanaktualisierung, Nachrichten-Funktion, Schichtüberblick, hat alles prima funktioniert.
Lacking Refinement
Issues:
- German and English versions of the app can be configured separately from each other.
- It is difficult to distinguish from “Accreditation” alone in your shift if it is an onboarding task or a duty (especially as it is right at the beginning of your schedule when everything is new).
- I did not trust the app as much as I trusted the daily email.
- It was not possible to message my team lead and co-volunteers.
- Duplicated check-in options ?
- Information was available but not easy to find it/ navigate to it. Again, email was easier here.
- No way to enlarge thumbnails photos of volunteers in your team.
- Although I had no problems personally, the IT team told us that we might have to delete the Cache from our phones in order to run the app ?

Leider kann noch keine komplette Übersicht von allen Volunteers gemacht werden, um über die eingeteilten Schichten hinaus Kontakt zu halten
Weiterentwicklung notwendig
Leider war die App für die Arbeit nicht hilfreich.
Es muss dringend daran gearbeitet werden, dass man Benachrichtigungen erhält, wenn sich was ändert oder was gepostet wird.
Wenn man am arbeiten ist, schafft man es einfach nicht auch alle 10 Minuten in die App zu schauen, ob jemand etwas geschrieben hat.
Außerdem wäre es super hilfreich, wenn man die Fotos größer machen kann, bzw. Profilinformationen zu den Personen bekommt.

Shows information but any changes are slow to show up. Communication element not so great as many messages were in German and I couldn’t copy and paste it onto Google translate - this feature would help people who don’t speak/read the language.
Guter Gedanke der App. Mies umgesetzt
Leider läuft die App unter iOS sehr miserabel. Trotz hinweisen wurde nix geändert. Wenn keine push’s kommen oder keine kontaktmöglichkeiten untereinander vorhanden sind, taugt es nicht viel.

Habe -über die Invictus Games 2023- Beide Versionen genutzt!
Als TeamLeader standen manchmal keine Namen bei den Foto‘s, oder es gab keine PushUpBenachrichtugungen…
Mit beiden zusammen ging es dann allerdings sämtliche Funktionen zu nutzen…

App läuft
Nach einigen kleinen Anlaufproblemen, die aber schnell behoben wurden, läuft die App einwandfrei. Ich bekomme alle Infos die wichtig sind. Hilfreich könnte noch sein wenn man per Verknüpfung die Schichtleitung anrufen könnte falls sie den Chat aus besonderen Gründen nicht nutzen oder beachten können.

Good and bad
The app performs very well to let you know the shift system. Unfortunately as soon as there is a change, the means of communication is very slow.
Also, on the chat function, there is no ability to cut and paste. So if you have a chat in German for example, you cannot understand what is being discussed unless you type longhand into another app if German is not your first language

“All news” button not functioning & dark mode usability
Hello! For Invictus Games the “all news” button is not working. This might mean missing relevant info if multiple news items follow per day. Please fix.
Also agree that usability in dark mode is not optimal. Also no possibility to tap&hold to select and highlight text parts, that would be a workaround to read despite dark mode.

Chat Dark Mode und Textfarbe
Die App funktioniert gut. Leider gibt es einen Bug wenn man das iPhone im Dark Mode eingestellt hat. Nutzt man den Chat dann ist die Textfarbe schwarz auf dunklem Hintergrund. Man kann fast nichts lesen. Wenn der Chat abgeschickt ist, steht der Text mit blauer Textfarbe auf weißer Bubble und ist lesbar. Bitte korrigieren. 👌🏼
