Junk app with no utility

Never works when when you need to upload a renewed certificate or license. Additionally, you can’t store any other certificates or licenses unless your employer requires them.

Literally the worst app ever, worst website. Terrible. After having to use this for years for the company I work for. Please spare your workers and find something more suitable.

Doesn’t work

Broken app. Can’t slide to continue license upload on iPhone. Why would you remove the button and replace it with a broken swipe feature? This isn’t Tinder. Its a professional product.

Terrible app

The app doesn’t work. You have to get on a computer in hopes that it will miraculously open. It doesn’t open on a phone. There is absolutely no customer support.

I’m not impressed even slightly

Can’t upload any license. There are 0 buttons to do so. I’ve used a lot of methods to upload license and credential information over my career— none of them are as terrible as this “app.” It’s a joke and whatever my org paid for access it was too much. Seems to be a long-standing issue also reading the reviews. Get out of healthcare apps, guys, you did the worst possible job with this.

Incompetent HR tool

This app is a MUST if you have an incompetent HR staff looking for technologies to make their lives easier while not functioning for the people who need to utilize them. If your certification agency does not send you a “wall certificate” type license anymore good luck! You may end up spending money out of pocket on license certification verification so you can print an email like a Grandma to get this thing to work for you. So helpful! So high tech!

Unreal the amount of lag with this app. I have to use it for my job and it’s infuriating how slow it is. It took several minutes just to get past the login screen, so you can imagine the wait time trying to upload documents. It’s embarrassing that my employer utilizes this app.

Deleted my account

I hadnt opened this app for a few months and then it needed an update. After the update my email is ko longer found in their system and i have to make a new account

Ever check wallet

This is the absolute worst app I have ever used. Since my company switched to this app for our license tracking it has been nothing but problems for everyone. Any business who uses this app should be ashamed to put their employees through the hassle of working with this app. Their customer support is the worst of any business I have ever encountered. They really need to shut down operations and stop subjecting people to the pain of using their product.

Don’t do it!!

Forced to use this at work. Worst app ever. Won’t load anything until expired. Can’t get it to take expiration dates unless you click through the calendar for the exact date even if it is 2 years in the future. Why offer the box to type in a date if it doesn’t accept the date. I waited until my work forced me to update or be put on unpaid leave. Not worth my time.

Asking to update to older version. Download fails???

EC Wallet is showing I need to update a version. However, it is an older version that needs to be downloaded. It attempts to download but fails. Stuck in update and can not Open EC Wallet. It appears no one did regression test on latest update???
