Not a good start...
I can't even get past verifying my phone#!
I get a "something has gone wrong" message asking me to contact them if I need support. Then when trying to contact support I get a message stating the site cannot be reached. Not a good way to start a customer relationship.

Unbelievably predatory
Requires you to submit personal information (phone number and analytics) simply to participate in a loved ones memorial service. This company should be ashamed of this practice and offer ways for service providers to pay for this service without the need to collect and distribute my private data.
Remembering
I miss my husband so much, I am not sure I have accepted his passing but, this site has given me the opportunity to visit him daily.

Over all Gabaldon funeral home was very helpful. Went over and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and no pressure in making arrangements. Appreciate al they did 😊
Mom’s memorial was very memorable
Mom’s visitation was only scheduled for 2 hours and the idea I had to honor her was very elaborate. Nevertheless the day I shared my idea of an Art exhibit, Nick said “no problem, I love the idea”. So the morning of her visitation Nick was there early helping us work the room; hanging up pictures, setting up easels and pedestals and organizing moms art work. When we return, Nick and the staff had arranged the flowers all around the exhibit making it feel like a real art gallery. I know my mom looked down and lived every minute. Honestly, Nick made it seem as though it was his family experiencing the loss and preparing the memorial. To me it doesn’t get more personal than that. What a blessing.

Grace Garena is amazing!
I can not express in enough words how absolutely wonderful Grace Gardens was to me and my family. Everyone was truly amazing!!!!!!! They made a horrible moment in our life into a cherishing one. I will always be grateful to the whole entire staff. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Great way to Memorialize a loved one
Love this app. Had everything you needed to send out all the details. Enjoyed that others could respond and post pictures. Only issue is that it’s a little buggy at times. But definitely has less bugs that an year ago. So they have been making steady improvements. Would recommend to others (and have).

My mother’s funeral was handled with such professionalism and kindness. Steve Simko was so nice and efficient, he handled everything to my satisfaction as I had no idea where to even begin. I’m thinking of pre-planning my arrangements with them.
