Dangerous for children
Ever driven was set up by the school for some boys we were caring for. After a few days they started no showing with absolutely no warning and I live a distance from the school so I had handicap children left alone unattended for an hour and many times the driver just doesn’t show and does not say they’re not going to show so you can make other arrangements and also I have random kids on my app so I can see the location of children. I have nothing to do with where they are where they’re being dropped that is extremely dangerous so I wonder how many random people had my children’s data if you doubt me send me a message and I’ll show you the proof extreme warning do not use. They’re offering a service. They do not have the manpower to complete.

We had never written with this company before the school year. And all I have to say is five stars. They have communicated well. They have always been on time. They have been early. The app is usually spot on. The kids have been to school on time. If there’s any problems. Communicated that well too. I have nothing bad to say about them. I highly recommend..

Very convenient
The app really works for me as I see all updates inside it. I can see the ride time, the driver, and future scheduled rides too. Even I can easily cancel the rides if I don’t need. I can just go outside to pick up my son, watching the notifications!

If you’re skeptical to use Everdriven let me tell you my experience with them and the app itself.I appreciate being able to cancel rides if needed, as well as view the driver’s name, car model, and license plate number. I also like that I can track the driver on the way to pick my child up and during the trip to and from school. It gives me peace of mind knowing I can follow my child’s ride every step of the way. Great Service
I use this service to get my son back and forth to his private school. The app is amazing and allows me to track his route to school and to home. Also, The staff are professionally and helpful whenever an issue pops up.

Improvements Made
We’ve been with EverDriven for several years and have had issues in the past from late pick ups to drop offs at the wrong house. However, the past year has brought strong changes. Pickups and drop offs are on time; the driver is kind and caring; and communication with headquarters has improved. I’ve been happy with the new changes!

The EverDriven VIP App is awesome! It’s really easy to navigate! I like being able to see when my child’s driver is on the move, and when my child is dropped off, and picked up from school. The estimated pick up and drop off times are always accurate. I also like being able to cancel rides directly in the app, and not having to make a phone call! The EverDriven VIP App is a must have if you wanna stay in the know about you child’s trips to and from school!

Friendly drivers
The ETA is sometimes inconsistent, and the app should offer an easier way to contact the driver. Other than that, it’s easy to use, and the drivers are punctual, friendly, and kind with the kids.
