This company is Fraudulent!! I ordered from them nearly 4 months ago and I have yet to receive my order. They sent email after email claiming they shipped my order but couldn’t produce a tracking #. Then when they did it hadn’t been shipped yet. Then they sent me a “delivered” notification in an email a month later and it showed the wrong address!! When I emailed them and told them they delivered it to the wrong address after making sure that I put the right address they said they would send me a new order. However that was in February and I still have nothing. They have my money and I have nothing. They won’t send me an order or refund my money! They are crooks!!
Don’t order anything from these people do not trust them. I also used PayPal and they are not standing my their guarantee either. I’m furious! I’m going to contact the BBB for both companies because this is ridiculous and horrible. I have proof 100% proof that it was delivered to the wrong address and no one will help. Just please don’t order from them. I will name 10 better companies to buy from this place deserves nothing!

I purchased two wigs from the 8th of February and I received a small plastic with a cardboard and a thank you note from Temu instead of 2 wigs 250 density…they had on the package 1 lb which was corrected by USPS as the correct weight was a few pounds, I’ve still not received my refund for almost $400 US$

I can’t review my order personally, How convenient for the shop. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. Go to Amazon, they are faster and the quality is good and you get great customer service if there’s an issue. I still have yet to receive my order after placing it OVER A MONTH AGO.

This website is a complete scam. I ordered my wigs back on February and as of March 16th I received a package with a piece of cardboard and note. Stating that my package is on the way in 7 days. Mind you the website has marked said package as delivered. SCAM!!!! I want a full refund this is SO UNPROFESSIONAL.
