Highest Rates & Intelligent, Polite Employees
My title says it all but if a narrative is required. Interest rates are higher than 90% of the banks. When i have questions i give them a call and a real human answers the phone and can answer all my questions. It’s such a pleasure dealing with real people and no short automated routing systems.
Good but tedious
I shouldn’t be required a secondary verification for every log in when I’m typing in my username and password. Or at least just text the phone instead of only sending to email
Missing daily accured interest
It’s smooth and stable but missing the accured daily interest. I would add another star if they add it.
App and ach limits
The ach policies cited by agents on the phone to not match what I can do.
