The only thing free about this app is downloading it and a 1 week free trial before paying a subscription fee. I would at least like to explore the app a little before committing to a trial and giving access to my credit card!

Simplifies Home Ownership & Maintenance
There’s a lot to keep track of when owning a home but this app identifies all tasks (even those you may not know about) and ensure you’re doing all you should on a timely basis

Great app. Reminded me of tasks that I never think of like cleaning the hot tub cover alongside maintaining the water quality😂

As a first-time homeowner, the Evergreen checklists have been a perfect way for me to ensure I’m keeping up with vital tasks. The DIY Instructions are succinct and have given me greater confidence in the work I’m doing around our home!

As a new homeowner, I was super stressed about how I’d stay on top of all the little home maintenance tasks that come up, let alone even know what to do in the first place!
