Can’t restore purchases
I am paying for an annual subscription. there is nowhere to log into account, but my card is still being charged, sometimes monthly, sometimes yearly, which is super weird, and when I tap restore purchases, it says it has restored, but I cannot use the VIP functions of the app.

I have been using this app for a few years now. It is one of the best image enhancement apps I found, after doing a lot of research. The variety of options and the granular controls that you get are great. Easy to understand no matter what your experience level.

Realistic
I really like how I can tweak the image subtly instead of the program just going way out on a ledge and make everything look fake. This is great for for me and far more affordable than any other I found !

I tried this app to see if it would help with a photo edit someone I work with needed. I cancelled the free trial (as they said we can “cancel anytime before trial ends” and then a week later they still charged me.
EDIT: I also cancelled the subscription days before the free trial ended. I did not wait until the day before, and I actually took a screenshot of the day I cancelled it. Disappointing that the developer responds and uses that as an excuse rather than just saying “We’re sorry this happened.”
Apple did do the right thing when I disputed the charge and they refunded me!

According to Apple, you need to turn off the auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the expiration date. Otherwise, it will still renew into a paid subscription. If you didn't mean to make the purchase, you can sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com, select the item, and request a full refund from Apple.
