Amazing product!!!

DISAPPOINTING COMPANY

To say I am disappointed in this company, the product, and the app is an understatement. I bought 3 of these necklaces to use as a gift for my family to surprise them with my pregnancy. When I went to set them up 2/3 DIDN’T work. I did all the troubleshooting they asked and ended up having to return the necklaces (at my own expense). They received that return WEEKS before I needed my new ones. I BEGGED THEM to put the new ones in the mail so I could have them in time to surprise my family. THEY DID NOT. Now I am left without my necklaces, without my refund, and without a gift to surprise my family. VERY DISAPPOINTING.
