About
EverMove is a simple daily strength routine you can follow at home.
Pick a level, press start, and follow the 3D demo and the spoken count: one, two, three, four. Seven moves cover the whole body — legs, push, pull, core, ankles and balance — in about five minutes. Feel fresh at the end? Do one more round.
THREE LEVELS
• Gentle — seated or holding a chair, starting small. If you're over 60, start here.
• Standard — standing, holding a chair for strength and balance.
• Advanced — push-ups, planks and lunges on a mat.
AN AI COACH, IF YOU WANT ONE
• Turn on the camera and the AI coach watches every rep and tells you what to fix, right away.
• Wave to change moves and raise both hands to pause: no need to touch the phone.
• Stand 1.5–2 m from the phone, turned about 45°, and it sees you best.
MADE TO BE EASY TO FOLLOW
• A 3D figure shows each move; drag to turn it and see it from any side.
• A spoken count keeps the pace, even with the silent switch on.
• 15 seconds of rest between moves, with a preview of the next one.
• The screen stays on while you train.
• An optional daily reminder, set on your phone.
• 57 moves in the library, in English and Chinese.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No sign-up and nothing to set up. The app works offline and collects no data. The camera, when you turn it on, is processed on your phone: nothing is recorded or uploaded.
Please read the safety notes before you start. EverMove is general health education, not medical advice or a personal exercise prescription. If you have a heart condition, have recently fallen or had surgery, or aren't sure exercise is right for you, check with a doctor or physiotherapist first.

What's New in EverMove
1.1.0
November 1, 2026
New: the AI coach. Turn on the camera and it watches every rep, lights a dot (green: done well, orange: something to fix) and tells you how to fix it: not low enough, not all the way back, leaning forward, behind the count. Recognition runs entirely on your phone; nothing is recorded or uploaded. • Hands-free: wave to go to the next or previous move, raise both hands to pause. • Spoken guidance between moves: a word on the move you just did, then how to do the next one. • The demo is shown as in a mirror, so it's easier to follow. • Two clear choices on the home screen: with the AI coach, or on your own.
