This app needs to be fixed or will completely ruin v12

Something as simple as uploading pics from my phone to inventory should be easy, why not fix it?! The frustration of this app makes me want to stop using v12 just make it better! And hire GOOD English speaking reps... every time I call I get someone with accent so hard I can’t understand them, this company has so much potential to be good , it seems to be running without any guidance or care...

Worse car app

I have to say if I could give no stars I would. Why offer a app that simply doesn’t work. We use v12 software and I swear this has to be the worse app available. Never works and always shuts down
