Too many bugs - annoying

The app freezes in a middle of a game. If I make a mistake and want to erases it freezes. Not fun anymore

An ad if you want to do a puzzle (or pay) and an ad when you finish (sometimes even during the puzzles) and the ads still play offline

Disappointed

I purchased the lifetime access and now the app won't allow me to restore more purchase and there is no way to contact support that I can find.

Very disappointed in the purchase.

No longer works

I enjoy the app but it doesn’t work anymore.I also get a message to connect to internet plus the screen is white.

Frozen

The app no longer works. App opens but screen is foggy looking, everything is frozen.

App not downloading daily puzzles

Love the app but it’s not downloading the daily puzzles. It’s says “OOPS we need to connect to the internet to download these puzzles”. I am connected to the internet. So not sure why it’s not working. I am able to use the puzzle packs tab. I have the unlimited (open) version

Ads, Ads then more Ads

Just too many Ads after every puzzle, it then takes three close downs to get rid of them. Spent more time closing Ads then doing puzzles. Deleted.

crossword interface is phenomenally intuitive and the best i have ever used.

Portrait mode only?

Can't use it on iPad Pro--too awkward to turn big iPad with attached keyboard sideways! Why is this games app not in landscape mode? Deleting.

Unfriendly design

The lifetime subscription doesn’t remove the “Subscribe Now”, “Watch Ad” and “Promotion” squares on main screen. At least they could be moved to settings in order to have a clean main form allowing to focus on the game.
