Man, I had no issue w this app they get you right everytime!
Used to be amazing
Loved everything about them but I log on after a few weeks out and they have no product. There are things here and there but half the stuff that used to be sold on here got replaced by notebook paper sold as rolling paper and a whole bunch of jars and stuff. Used to be an app where you bought what went into the jar! Don’t know what happened. Whole bunch of useless stuff if your actually looking for product

This app doesn’t let you review the items you buy
I bought one of there mystery boxes for 50$ and I wanted to leave a bad review but I ended up troubleshooting for nearly a hour and still couldn’t do it and the box I bought was labeled to be worth it and not a scam but I got maybe 15$ worth of items and they were literally completely junk I threw everything away and the only thing I kept was rolling papers because it’s almost impossible to mess those up and they are honestly bottom of the barrel quality I am on the brink of throwing those away to and more than half of the items were literally just self promoting junk literally everything has there fat label slapped dead center on all the stuff I got I DO NOT RECOMMEND THERE MYSTERY BOXES and I know it’s not exactly right to leave a review of one of there items as a review on there actually app instead of doing it in the app itself so people could see my review since this will probably just get pushed to the bottom of there reviews but I literally couldn’t leave a review on there mystery

Runaround and a complete joke
I ordered 2 big chief vape carts on July 27th and have yet to receive a single cart. I’ve only gotten 2 stickers which were free with my purchase on August 7th they arrived. Got in touch with e420 team same day and they were going to resend shipment out but a different strand as the one I wanted was out of stock. So now here I am still with no vape carts and it’s almost September!! Was told last Saturday that the 2nd order was out of stock as well so now they’d send me a 3 pack of a different strand. It is now Tuesday and I’ve gotten no confirmation of a new order being done or set out. To put the icing on the cake I’ve been trying to talk to someone since Sunday for confirmation and have not succeeded. Hence why now I am going to put this review.

Delay
Everytime I order my package takes longer and longer to get here. Ordered last week and my package is getting here on the 9th day after order, priority shipping is also useless.

So like a month ago, I ordered a package and it never came and I tried to get with Support but they never texted me back and I never got a refund or anything and I got scammed. Don’t go here.
I love E420 but not the update on app
I want to start by saying how much I love E420 and everything they sell and I’m a frequent customer but I really dislike the new app update every time I open it all it shows is socks and I can’t click away bc the only other button is the cart option and I can’t use it like that . I liked the old app layout and also I hope the stock up on cake again

Laggy app
The app is laggy off the rip I’m not ordering from this site and they always seem to be out of something
Shipping is way too much
Why am I getting an option for a faster delivery date if only coming two days earlier but it’s $10 extra then regular delivery?

I just Wana throw out this really quick I love the app the idea and everything I just brought from it on the 18th waited for it to ship went out excited to go get it on the 22nd it wasn’t there but it showed shipped and delivered the tracking is good but usps either messed up my delivery so I got in contact with the app people they made everything right and made me feel like they actually cared so I Wana give this a good 5 stars we resolved the issues and everything they made it up to me aswell so I’m very satisfied good app good customer service and good products just if you got usps it’s rather you get it from your local post office instead. Every time I try to order it takes me to may cart not to mention that it overheats my phone and the app is buggy andddd yall scammed me it’s been two months and I haven’t gotten my order

I added one thing to cart went to continue shopping and it keeps prompting to check out
