Join the queue. You see your position and the estimated waiting time, and you get a push notification the moment a charger becomes available. Not ready yet? Skip your turn and keep your place. CLEAR END TIME Every session has a fair charging limit set by your organisation. You see exactly how long you can keep charging and get a reminder to move your car, so colleagues get their turn too. CHAT WITH COLLEAGUES Leaving early, or is a car in the way? Message the colleague who is charging, or the administrator, directly from the app. No phone numbers needed; messages disappear after 24 hours. REPORT A PROBLEM Charger not working or cable damaged? Report it from the app. The administrator sees it immediately and can move you to a free charging point.
