Capture photos and videos you may need to explain later. Evidence Camera uploads in-app captures to the cloud and keeps the server received time and SHA-256 for the stored file. It is designed for move-in and move-out inspections, vehicle damage, delivery problems, returns, field work, and other situations that are difficult to recreate. HOW IT DIFFERS FROM A STANDARD CAMERA After capture, the app uploads the photo or video to the cloud. It keeps the device capture time and the time the server received the upload as separate details. A SHA-256 file fingerprint is also recorded, giving you a reference for checking whether a file is the same later. Importing existing photos or videos from the Photos library is not supported.
