There is no submit button after you fill in the details. What’s the point? Do it on the website

Couldn’t take a photo of my passport from within the app: needed to upload one. The Terms & Conditions buttons didn’t work. But worst was that the credit card payment fields were it displayed on screen, so you couldn’t enter info. Do yourself a favor and complete the application on a computer.

Unstable functionality
For some reason, both the app and the website are not working properly for me. I’d like to be a tourist and spend money to help the Cambodia economy, but the country is making it difficult for me to get a Visa. Im very disappointed.
System not working properly.
The app changes all your dates. Even the online system changes all your dates. I had a friend help as well and the same thing happened with the dates. I sent an email for help but no response from Cambodia. We will just get our visas upon arrival at airport. Did not want to pay the money and be declined because of incorrect dates changed by the system.

Needed this and the online portal
The online portal wouldn’t let me upload any photos. Had to use this app to start and complete the application but the app would not process payment. Luckily, after the application was complete in the app they sent an email where I was able to process the payment.

Just use the website. App crashes at the end of the application and you have to start all over again
