System doesn’t work but captures your data. I’d avoid e-visit like the plague
Unreliable App and Support
My boyfriend booked an appointment for COVID-19 as he was experiencing bad symptoms. He spent 20 minutes trying to log into this app for his appointment. Each time it said the password was incorrect even though he just created it and also reset it. We tried on multiple devices too. When he finally got into the app (2 minutes before his appointment) it said he had no scheduled appointments. He couldn’t even get the care he needed when he was sick with COVID-19 because this app has an inability to function. Oh and we called the support number multiple times for it to ring before abruptly hanging up on us.

Not iPad friendly
They need to make an iPad/laptop version of this ap. No horizontal telecommunications (the screen doesn’t rotate). Sort of like amateur videos taken on a smart phone where the videoagrapher forgot to hold their camera horizontally. Works terrible on a tablet, image holding a laptop on its end.
Only worked one time
This app has only worked one time. It is absolutely junk. I call the doctors office they tell me I need set up an account and I tell them I did. No one knows how to help me .....
Not usable
I get an error when trying to sign in. I can’t use the app.
Doesn’t Work
Downloaded app, only screen I ever get to see is the login screen with a “forgot password” link, nothing else to do ... I can’t register
Terrible, sketchy app!
I was told that I needed to use this app in order to see my doctor virtually. When I tried using the desktop browser the meeting never loaded. When I downloaded this app, I tried again to join the meeting with my doctor but the app said that first I need to enter a credit card. When I entered the credit card, the app said that it was unable to verify my credit card. At this point I am not sure whether or not this program is a scam but I would urge medical providers to find a different company to work with because this kind of behavior is suspicious at best. I will be calling my bank to make sure that no fraud has been committed.

Use any other app No support
I wish there were zero stars. This is quite literally the worst app I’ve ever used. No idea why my Dr decided to use this but it locks you out repeatedly. There’s no phone support and no email support. Doctors and patients are missing multiple appts because if this app.
Unable to connect to location

Rep was rude, she did not even bother to listen to me saying they will not provide patient base to me even though I only called to ask to purchase software for my private practice.

super sketchy
I went to renew my rec card which i have already done in the past, but decided to try this site. they called me and tried to get my card information over the phone prior to me entering any information in on the app, and then when i refused, they sent me to a website that was not correlated with the app and was charging more than they initially explained. in addition to this, they didn’t even know what the website looked like and assumed i could put in my own amount to pay!! then tried to get me to use paypal!! beware!!

Thanks to this app and Doctor Gary Berlin before I found this app online I was worrying so much I didn’t had to leave my home I didn’t had no headaches he call me up on video I explained to him what’s wrong and he prescribed my medication in the spaced of 5 minutes I felt happy again. Thanks Great Guy I recommend this app and service to everyone.

There are no directions. When my doctor came on he could not hear me and I couldn’t hear him. Extremely frustrating!

Doctor’s visit from my house
My doctors office told me to download this app from their website. This technology is great. I wasn’t going to be able to see the doctor until next week since my schedule never lined up with theirs. With eVisit I could see when my doctor was available and could even schedule a future visit. The app was really easy to setup. After answering a few simple questions I was able to connect with my doctor, tell them my symptoms, and they even sent a prescription to the pharmacy right down the street from me. I did everything from my couch.
