floating keyboard on iPad isn't working properly and change its position unexpectedly.
floating keyboard on iPad isn't working properly. Sometimes it doesn't respond as expected, and its position changes automatically without me moving it. It becomes difficult to type or reposition the keyboard to the desired place. Please look into this issue and fix it in the next update.

Excellent App for Pharmacists – Highly Efficient!
Evital Rx has greatly improved workflow in our pharmacy. The interface is clean, prescription upload is smooth, and order management is straightforward. It saves time, reduces errors, and makes daily operations much more organised.
Recommendation: It would be extremely helpful to have an option for multiple patient profiles under one mobile number, as many prescriptions belong to children or young adults who do not have their own phone. This addition would streamline processing and make the app even more practical for pharmacists.

Avoid - expensive, poorly designed and expensive. Greedy people.
We were given good support only until the purchase was made. After that, everything changed. They promised a 50% discount on renewal, but when the time came, not only was the discount flat-out denied, they went as far as blocking our complete access to our own data. To make matters worse, they show zero interest in even responding or connecting with us. This is nothing but poor professionalism and a complete lack of accountability. There are plenty of other tools out there, yet we’re unfairly stuck for another year because our access is locked and we can’t even export our customer data.

Poor Demo Experience & Rude Support Team
I was genuinely interested in eVital Rx and had planned to purchase a subscription, but the experience with their demo team was very disappointing. During my first demo call, I had to attend customers in my medical store (which is natural in our line of work), and I politely requested to pause. Instead of being understanding, the representative (named Aashi or similar) reacted rudely, gave weird looks, and abruptly suggested another day before ending the call.
For a pharmacy software company, customer support and respect are just as important as features. This kind of behavior left a very negative impression, and I eventually decided to buy another software instead of eVital Rx.
I hope the team improves their professionalism and approach, because first impressions matter a lot.

I’m a practising paediatrician & I’m using this software for the past 6months. Compared to the other 2 softwares which I used before, this is very user friendly. With help of reports expiry stocks, cash management & stock adjustments are transparent and easy to identify. Auditing the stocks, sales & purchases are very easy. Just raise a ticket & their support team will help you rectify the issue in regional language. Mohammed Saad, in particular, is very patient and clarify your queries.
