Charging Cost
The charging cost are way too high. When I first charged my EV the cost was affordable. After using the same charger 5 times, the cost skyrocketed. I’m not happy with this at all. I have find a new charging station immediately.

Their stations frequently don’t charge. I’ve had to open tickets constantly. I even bought a card to make charging easier but even that doesn’t work.
These charging stations have frequently and consistently not worked when I have 10% battery left. And sometimes, it’ll only charge for 10 min before disconnecting.
No problems on any other system. ChargePoint, Tesla, they all run smooth.

Angry with this mess
First. When I scanned the QR code, my 3 credit card was rejected, the fourth one went through.
Then here comes the drama.
The website took me to an Indian restaurant, at the same time my credit bank alert me immediately.
Second, when I finally started charging, after 11 minutes, It reads on my phone that I gained 5 miles @ 99cents, while on my car it adds only 1 mile.
This whole thing is a joke and criminalities. Not funny at all.
Then here comes the drama.

I have been driving my EV for a few years now and my worst nightmare has been running into unreliable chargers and their respective apps…

Activation of device
Charging devices have been installed in my garage in Brooklyn, NY in February 2025. Yesterday when I wanted to charge my vehicle, the device was not responding. Therefore, I called the Customer Service and I was surprised to know that company has never activated devices. This was such a disappointment and inconvenience . The customer service who attended me Mary and after that was Shawn they were excellent, but it took extra time to activate it. Today the company should activate all the devices in my garage, which is at address 3900 King’s highway Brooklyn, NY 11210, so that anytime any customer wants to charge vehicle it should automatically start charging.

The wallet is not workinf
I’ve try to put my credit card info to put my payment information, but the card won’t register and keep saying try in a few mins. I’clve been doing this for 100 times and not working.
