About

Built by Viraj Chandra, a solo developer who lifts and wanted a workout tracker that adapts instead of a log that just records. WORKOUTS THAT ADAPT TO YOU • Every session is generated for your goal, experience, and equipment • Bring your own plan: paste it from Notes or add a screenshot, check every lift, and Evo runs it • Readiness-aware: feeling beat up? Evo proposes a lighter session and lets you decide. It never changes your training behind your back • Progressive overload from your real numbers: it knows when to add weight • Swap or reorder any exercise mid-session • Tell Evo "my shoulder's tight today" and the workout adjusts A COACH THAT ACTUALLY KNOWS YOUR TRAINING • Chat with Evo about anything: form, plateaus, schedule • Science-informed programming: effective volume, proximity to failure, fatigue • Insights that tell you where you're stuck, where you're close, and what to do next, in plain language, not charts to decode NUTRITION WITHOUT THE BUSYWORK • Snap a photo or just describe your meal, and Evo estimates the macros • Scan a barcode for instant packaged-food lookup • Adaptive calorie targets that adjust as your weight and intake data come in • Protein, carbs, and fat targets that flex with training vs rest days TRACK WHAT MATTERS • Estimated 1-rep-max and strength trends for every lift • See your lifts vs bodyweight standards for your level • Apple Health integration for weight, sleep, and recovery signals Evo's philosophy: train harder, not just more. It won't pile on junk volume to fill time. It programs what moves the needle and gets out of your way. WHAT'S FREE, WHAT'S PRO Free, with no time limit: 3 AI workouts a week, 2 AI meal logs a day, barcode and manual food logging, exercise swaps, every progress chart, and CSV export. Evo Pro ($9.99 a month or $59.99 a year) removes the weekly workout limit and the daily meal limit, raises Evo's daily chat limit, and adds PDF reports. YOUR DATA Health & fitness data stays tied to your account and is never used to track you across other apps. Everything is encrypted in transit and at rest, and you can delete your account and its data from Settings at any time. What's New in Evo

1.0.14

October 15, 2026

TRAIN • Edit any day from This week. Open a lift to set sets, reps and rest with wheels, or just say "4 sets of 8 to 10, 2 minutes rest". • Swipe a lift to swap or remove it, hold it to drag. Save keeps the day open so you can keep going. • Each lift shows its sets, reps and weight on one line under the name. • Switching tabs is smoother and Train opens faster. PLAN IMPORT • Paste a plain list of lifts and Evo turns it into a plan, filling in any missing sets and reps. • Days named by muscle, like "Mon chest/tris", come in as days Evo builds for you. NUTRITION • Your day reads more cleanly: meals sit under their slot with a subtotal. • Meal estimates are more accurate and come back faster. EVERYWHERE • Changing your goal keeps your lose, maintain or gain choice unless the new goal points the other way. • Oura and Fitbit setup steps in Health & devices. • Crew photos load again, and a failed upload tells you why. • During setup, tap your weight to type it.

Amazing and Streamlined App

I’ve been lifting for a while now and used a couple of different apps and it was hard keeping up with all the several ones. Felt like a chore almost. I like how Evo has everything I need in one place and streamlines all the input to where it’s almost seamless. Great for keeping consistent tracking without getting overwhelmed.

Makes it easy to track

I’ve been lifting for a long time and have had trouble staying consistent outside of my notes app. So this makes it a lot easier to just quickly let the app know where I’m at with my food or my lift. I like how flexible it is so I can stay consistent without feeling overwhelmed
