I started to use this app a couple of weeks ago and I have to say that I’m very satisfied.
Evodream is keeping its promise by giving you some healthy and quick recipe but you also have a coaching program.
When you’re busy or cannot afford a personal PT I think this app is perfect.
You can arrange your schedule and workout according to your timetable.
Cannot recommend enough if you need some help to achieve your goals!
