Worst nightmare ever
It never worked for me they should have banned this app and remove their useless charging stations.
Worst experience
The charging station issue was disconnected twice in a 2 hours , Error 402 was shown
0 working charging stations
- i haven’t seen a single charging station working in whole surat.
-Poor people living on the charging stations.
-You cannot even withdraw the money from wallet.
-not a single charging station does not work in whole Surat.
-None of the charging station are maintained
-no help from helpline
-Even a street dog is more reliable than this company

Good but need to update
App and rate are fair but need to update charging capacity nossel wise not total machine capacity.
Need to make UI batter for app.
SOC BASED CHARGING option not available like upto how much percentage charge.

Never starts charging on time. Suddenly disconnects. Worst service. Third class app. Always hangs. Never Charges the vehicle. Better, Close the company.
