Scam of a bank
Evolve bank stole more than 80K of money from me and refused to pay it back. They cannot provide any statement or transaction history. Avoid this bank!

DO NOT USE THIS BANK! THEY FROZE FUNDS FOR MILLIONS OF USERS AND REFUSED TO RELEASE THEM EVEN AFTER A JUDGE ORDERS THEM TO. I DO NOT RECOMMEND EVOLVE BANK AT ALL AND SUGGEST YOU TO STAY AWAY AS FAR AS POSSIBLE.

The app works just fine. Borrowers can get a feel for what they will spend while at the home they are looking at. Would be cool if a preapproval could be generated through the app.. if loan officer could put in a maximum property tax and a maximum loan amount.
