Evolve is a daily planner that keeps score. Plan your day the way you'd describe it to a friend — "gym at 12, then read an hour, dinner with mom." Evolve reads it and works out what each task does to you, so the only thing you have to do is the thing itself. Then do it. Checking off a task is the payoff: the stat bar fills past its mark and glows, the numbers float up, the XP counts in, your phone taps back. Level-ups get their own moment. What you do shows up in five stats. Strength and Stamina climb with effort. Knowledge climbs with focus. Mental Health climbs with rest and recovery. Hunger drains through the day until you eat. Rough days count too — "skipped lunch, stressed out" moves the numbers the other way, which is what makes the good days mean something. Stay consistent and it compounds. XP becomes levels, levels become named forms — Origin, Riser, Ascending, and five more you'll have to reach. Multi-day streaks unlock perks that boost what you earn. None of it comes from a single task. Look back whenever you want. A radar of where you stand, seven-day trends for every stat, and a recap card each Sunday you can share or keep. All of it stays on your phone. The model that reads your tasks is built into the app and runs offline, with no account and no sign-up.
