It was built by a consortium of five NGOs — NaturKultur e.V. (Germany), Volunteers Centre Skopje (North Macedonia), Ocean Znanja (Croatia), Youth Policy Labs (Germany), and Ofensiva Tinerilor (Romania) — organizations that work with volunteers every day. The result is a platform shaped by real challenges, tested in real contexts, and designed to reduce the administrative burden that gets in the way of meaningful youth work.
