Evora Scan

Evora Scan turns a real room into a real floor plan. Point your iPhone around a room. Evora Scan measures it — in metres, not guesses — and hands you a dimensioned floor plan and a true 3D model you can open in AR. It takes minutes, and it works with no account at all. MEASURED, NOT GUESSED On iPhones with LiDAR, walls, doors, windows and furniture are recognised automatically as you walk the room. On every other iPhone, AR measure mode lets you tap each floor corner while ARKit tracks the space — the same accurate result, no special hardware. A PROPER FLOOR PLAN Not a sketch. Every wall carries its measured length. You get overall width and depth dimension lines, the floor area in m², doors drawn with their swing, windows marked, a scale bar and a title block — the kind of plan you can actually send to a builder, a landlord or a designer. A REAL 3D MODEL Every scan produces a .usdz model of the room. Orbit it inside the app, place it in AR at 1:1 scale, or export it into any 3D tool. EXPORT ANYTHING Share the 3D model (.usdz), the floor plan (PDF and PNG) and the raw measurements (JSON) straight to Files, AirDrop, Mail or any other app. PRIVATE BY DEFAULT Your rooms are saved on your iPhone. No account is required, and nothing is uploaded. The camera is used only while you are scanning — video is never recorded or transmitted. OPTIONAL DESKTOP COMPANION If you also use Evora Desktop, our free companion app for Mac and PC, you can link the two in Settings and send a finished room across to it. This is entirely optional — every feature above works without an account. WHAT YOU NEED An iPhone with ARKit, running iOS 17 or later.
