App crashes more often than a bumper car
App crashes every time on start up and the only way to stop it is to reinstall then it crashes again after a few days

Had to uninstall the APP because it always crashes or plays up, now I can’t reinstall it.

Very poor
Incredibly frustrating to use. Very buggy. Constantly needs to update, then fails because needs to login again. Logs in then fails to update. Stuck in a loop. If it does decide to work the search function often doesn’t work so it is not useable.
Complete waist of time
I spend more time trying to get this app working than using it. Only using it as I’m forced to by my employer.

6.1 disaster
Ever since the 6.1 update the app has been unusable. Hopefully my company will not be paying its bills this month.

App keeps crashing when I need to close a hazard
Absolute garbage app
Never works. Takes hours to update or just won’t update forms and data at all. Hours upon hours of wasted time and then the app just dumps all saved information and its lost for good.

The damn thing needs a full database update every two weeks which never actually works. Time to use a system design from this millennium.
Garbage
If you don’t use the app for more than 14 days it will require an update when you open it. Problem is, it never goes through the “required update” unless you delete the app and install back having to reconfigure everything back again. Why don’t allow to have it upgrading on the background as all other apps do so it’s ready to use on the spot when you need?

Roam 5 Terrible app
Remains on loading your data this may take several minutes. More like several hours. It worked for me a year ago but now the app won’t load any further than the first loading data screen. Waste of time, don’t get it.
Not user friendly
Navigation and titles are unclear, doesn’t always save after way too much entry navigation.
It’d be helpful also if ROAM (acronymn?) was defined or had anything to do with the APP’s purpose.

When it works, it works great
Title. A never ending loading wheel of doom is quite frequent and it doesn’t work at all. Then randomly it will function perfectly fine and then it’s your best friend. This app is user friendly with a very intuitive UI. BUT the connectivity of it and how glitchy that aspect of it makes it barely worth it.
