Absolute waste of money
I keep getting a registration error when trying to connect the app and the “contact support” link is also not working. My husband tried setting it up on his phone and he ran into the same issue. We got this baby monitor as a gift and it’s an absolute waste of time. Buy a different product!!!!
Terrible
This app and monitor are terrible, always goes offline seems to always be broken or have an error message, no one has gotten back to me in 3 months. I wrote numerous emails. What a waste of 250 down the drain!
Terrible functionality
This app had a lot of promise but unfortunately let us down too many times. The app crashes way too many times and the customer support is non-existent. Do yourself a favor and get another child monitor. The camera is fine but the app associated with it is big trash.
Software not updated in over 2 years!
How this company has the nerve to continue to sell a camera to monitor infants with your mobile phone when they failed to update their software to work with the latest IOS updates in over 2 years is beyond me. Anyone who purchases this camera is a fool and I will review anywhere and everywhere I can to ensure no one else purchases this camera.

Finally giving up on this terrible product
I stuck with this monitor for over a year because I didn’t want to admit defeat - that I had paid $250 for a nearly worthless product.
First, the app crashes after no more than a few hours, so I had to buy another audio monitor to ensure that I could hear my baby in the night. (I’d hear him on the audio monitor and then re-open the crashed Evoz app to look at him.)
But then the app changed to where you can’t mute it. So if I want to let the baby cry for a bit I’m the night while watching him, either I have to get up and leave the bedroom or my husband has to listen to the crying as well.
When it first happened customer service sent me a beta app that solved the problem, but then the beta app expired and they still hadn’t fixed the bug on the App Store version. After writing back and forth with customer service four or five times, they finally just stopped writing me back.
Defeated, I bought a new monitor today and will be happy to throw this one away. What an expensive waste...

Terrible app
Very buggy, always dropping the connection. Would not recommend this monitor at all.
Attempting to reconnect
Having many issues lately stating “attempting to reconnect” forces me to uninstall and reinstall, please fix this issue, worked great for so long and now it’s not.

App crashes always
The app does not load with latest version of IOS. No way to monitor our child. Useless system. Don’t buy.
Love being able to use my baby monitor from anywhere
There are lots of features that I am enjoying with this baby monitor, especially being able to take out my phone anywhere I am and open the app and check in on my sleeping baby. I also really love that I can take images and video right within the app. We’ve captured some cute moments. Grandma also loves to have monitor access.

Convenient and reliable
Able to check on the kid from work and during travel. Very convenient to check in from across the country.
App shuts off and makes horrible static sound.
I’ve contacted support and haven’t received a response. I’m using an 8yr old walkie talkie style monitor that someone gave me bc I can’t rely on this.
Crashes a lot
I open this app every night before bed and would wake to my daughter crying but not through the app. It crashes and closes and so is pretty much worthless to me because it’s not reliable for nights.
Great monitor
This monitor works really well. Video quality is good, and it seems the bugs with the app have been resolved (does not crash very often anymore). My favorite is that the audio will run even if the app is not active on your screen, so it doesn’t drain your battery as much and you can use other apps while still listening in. The new design is sleek and blends in well in our child’s room.

The Worst!
The app is constantly freezing and the monitor continuously disconnects. Even fully connected to WiFi, the range is terrible and this monitor is completely unreliable.
Terrible app
The camera itself works great but more often than not, I can’t connect to the camera from the app. I thought a firmware update would improve things but the connectivity is actually worse. It’s ridiculously flaky and more than half the time throws a vague error that literally just says “ERROR.” No explanation of the cause or how to resolve it. I’m so frustrated because I have now reached out to support 3 times and gotten no reply. I’ll be getting a new monitor this weekend and finally putting this one behind me.

Hi, I see this review is from version 2.0.79. We're now on 2.0.99, and firmware 0.1.262. Can you let me know if this has improved the connectivity issues you were seeing?
Constant Connectivity Issues
Constant issues connecting from the first day. Takes several minutes to connect and now doesn’t connect at all. Customer service is only through email and they don’t understand the necessity of a working baby monitor. They promise to get back within a set time and constantly miss their own deadlines. Avoid this app and hardware if you can.

Meh
Camera is great quality but the app needs major improvement. Recently they did a firmware update and I cannot for the life of me get the video to come up on my phone without an error message. Honestly makes me want to get rid of it.
Monitor depends on app and app is TERRIBLE!
Cuts out frequently. Just got booted off and cannot sign back in or email tech support. Waste of money for the camera if the app doesn’t work!
