You need internet to start a charge but all the spots are in underground garages with no signal. đ€Ą You buy credits, get signal, then receive the following message âYou are not allowed to start this charge.â No explanation.đ€Ą

Da errores constante, hay bornes que no funcionan y para colmo al pedir eliminar la cuenta da error y no se puede.

It works but need improvement
The app does what it needs to - help me find a charging station and charge the car. Hence the 4 stars. That said the little charging station icons have all different colors and I have no idea what they mean. There is no legend on the map and would like to be able to find fast charging stations vs standard ones easily. I googled these questions and found no answer. And whatâs the globe do at the bottom of the map? Still not sure. Hopefully these issue will be addressed in the next update.

Rien qui ne fonctionne, câest un enfer
JâĂ©cris cet avis Ă chaud, mais jâai passĂ© 35 minutes Ă essayer de mâonboarder Ă lâapplication, ça me disait quâil y avait des erreurs dans mon formulaire, alors que non (Ă©videmment ça le dit au moment de lâajout de la carte et pas avant), juste le login Ă©tait dĂ©jĂ pris (mais ça ne me disait pas). Une fois que jâai trouvĂ© ça jâai essayĂ© de brancher ma voiture et jâai passĂ© 20 minutes de plus sans succĂšs. Les bornes, neuves de 2 semaines, sensĂ©es ĂȘtre tactiles, ne fonctionnait pas, la charge Ă©tait stoppĂ©e immĂ©diatement. Jâai perdu 50 minutes de ma vie, le tout dans le froid. Et quand je pense que Lausanne a choisi EVPass pour lâinstallation de bornes partout, on est pas rendu⊠bref, je suis en train de supercharger chez Tesla, parce que lĂ au moins, ça marche et câest 30% moins cher. Impossible to register/login
I am trying to register but am caught in a loop. Why is there no « forgot password » function?
Terrible system
Avoid this! The app wouldn't accept any U.K. bank card. Eventually accepted my wife's Norwegian card. None of the charging point QR codes worked and six different cards from round the world were rejected. The app is hard to use and badly designed.

Pour avoir testé un certain nombre de services de recharge électrique étrangers, evpass est le plus simple et le plus efficace que nous ayons expérimenté. Création compte, enregistrement moyen de paiement, map, procédure de recharge!

First charge .. really easy, via Swiss pass; plugged in sends you a message when itâs charged .. found it in the map .. 10/10 ⊠perhaps things have changed since previous reviews

Impossible de payez par carte a la borne
AprĂšs 20 min au tĂ©lĂ©phone avec le support jâai du raccrocher car la personne ne parlais presque pas français et je comprenais rien. Comme dit dans le titre la Borne SMotion de Cinemont Ă Delemont ne fonctionne pas par carte bancaire. La personne du support a du i par le conseil les applications de ces concurrents. Jâai quand mĂȘme fini par rĂ©ussir Ă faire marcher la recharge via lâapplication Evpass via le bouton recharger. Au passage il nâest absolument pas intuitif, les designer doivent absolument corriger ça!

Frustrating to be standing at an EVPass charging station in Parking Des ArbĂšres but not able to charge because itâs not on the App yet!
Unstable
App keeps logging out automatically. When I arrive to charge, I have to restart the phone because the app crashes and I waste several minutes. Wonât use the service anymore
