App is not working
Looping back all the time. I try many ways for charging, by apps, phone, computers, none of them works
This is the worst app to ever exist
Unreliable app that can’t connect to charging stations and doesn’t save sign in information
Unbelievable
I stopped even using their chargers. This might be the worst app I’ve ever downloaded. Trying to create an account just loops back to the create an account screen after creating an account. There are no notifications of when charging is complete or has stopped. In the app you have to keep the charging screen open to know the progress, but then it randomly closes and there is no way to keep tracking progress or if the charger is even still charging.

Horrendous app
Awful app that constantly glitches out right after you input your credit card information.
Just Awful
I have used a lot of apps and this is by far the worst I have ever had the displeasure to use. Just never works, makes everything so inconvenient and hard to manage. Just the complete opposite of efficient. I would give it 0 out of 5 stars if I could.

Garbage
This app was totally fine, and worked as expected. Then they updated it, and every single time you go to charge, you have to allow the app access to your camera and location, scan the QR and log back in. Every.single.time. It’s infuriating to basically set up the app from scratch every time you want to use it.

Terrible experience
They don’t deserve any money for how badly designed this app is. It requests for camera access every single time. Then they blame the customer when the app crashes and doesn’t even charge… Terrible experience
Terrible Interface
Whatever they changed to this newer version made the app from a solid 4-5 stars to 1 star. Constantly having to reinstall the app, the QR code never opens the app anymore, having to constantly update location and camera permissions and it using an in-app browser instead of it being local to the app, and the actual servers EVPassport uses aren’t updated properly on the backend, showing a session that I don’t even have. I only have this app because my apartment has these chargers installed.

I hate that my apartment community switched to these because now I have to drive across town to find a charge point. App has so many issues how do they intend to make money if it’s so difficult to pay them.

This app got updated and barely functions anymore. I have to login every time, it forgets all entitlements every time, today loads to a white screen, so I can’t charge. How is this acceptable?

I use our charging stations at work when they are available. I used to check the app before arriving to see which charger was not in use. Now, it doesn’t even recognize the location. If I scan the QR code I can charge that way, but it doesn’t register in the app anymore. WHAT HAPPENED?!?!
Update Ruined the App, Doesn’t Work
This app is terrible. I’ve had errors where I was charged a crazy idle fee because charging failed and I have to frequently uninstall and reinstall the app just to be able to start a basic charge. Horrible user experience and could not recommend anyone avoiding this company or these chargers enough.

Update is a downgrade
A few weeks ago this app was “upgraded” and now has much less information both while charging and after.
What happened???
Was working great and then they made an update…get an error now with page not found and can’t find my old account. Horrible rollout of an updated app.
