Not reliable

After many trials adding a good quality video and id photos, it couldn’t confirm the ID for no real reason and I lost my customer, il’s not a professional tool.

The app failed over 10 time to recognize my face … I have been trying for over 1 hours . No success . It does not even tell you what fail , if there is other approach to take. I tried itsme , it did it at the 1st attempt. Evrotrust is not a mature application to be on the market .

I took at least ten pictures of my ID and face and none of them were accepted. This is unacceptable and not customer friendly. Need to correct and refine this low quality app up to current standards.

Literally awful

Password didn’t save, now I can’t access my account. There’s no recovery option. Said any signed forms could no longer be accessed ever again.

Identification process is buggy

Downloading the app and registering went quite smoothly but the identification process is buggy and inconsistent. I had to try many times before it accepted my selfies and marked it green. But then I immediately got a notification to recapture the ID. This has happened at least three times already.

Does not recognize ID and there’s nothing you can do. Tried on two different phones, redownloading app, no support, scanned 10+ times.
