Trying to sign up as a new user and the ‘button’ to create an an account is non responsive
Where did QR code scan go?
The app was super simple to use. Plug in car then scan QR code and hit charge. But then you removed scanning QR codes for some reason which makes you then have to manually select the socket. Why?
What not also just implement auto charge like Evie and Tesla and make it even easier?

Waste of space & time
Can you imagine pulling up to a petrol bowser, only to discover that you were expected to supply your own hose and nozzle? Obviously this is insane. Yet EVX expects us to lug around heavy, expensive charging cables - their chargers have no cables attached, making them useless lumps of roadside metal. Worse, they are wasting of precious public space in the inner city. And the app itself? It cannot even be bothered using native iOS APIs - It is clunky, feels like it was built on the cheap, with no thought for the user experience. Just like the useless chargers.

Spent 20min trying to get the charge to work without luck. Drove off.

App is good but the price is far too expensive for Ac charging. Needs to be 50% off
