Fantastic when it works
Initially great but then we got locked out with an error 401 and ever since we’ve not managed to get through
Response status code was unacceptable. 401.
Can’t use the app anymore. Keep on getting the 401 message. I’ve had to revert to web portal.
Terrible App
When you want to use a simple app for checking the progress it constantly doesn’t let you in. Constant problems with it.

Only useful to see activity on a case, it just opens the website if you try click into any specific area

Not sure what this app actually does other than link you to the website. And it stopped even letting me log in weeks ago. Really bad service.

Appalling app. Terrible UI, rarely works, limited functionality. Ended up reverting to the website.
Unfit for purpose
Inept and poorly designed app that brings no benefits. Barely functional initially, which within hours become frozen, greyed out and unusable. No support available as signposted to conveyancer, who does not manage the app. Links to a browser variant which is marginally better, but only just. This makes a complex process even more painful.

Poor app - no function and stopped working
I wouldn’t recommend installing this app. Most of the conveyancing functions simply redirect you to the website, so the app doesn’t offer much real functionality. It worked for about a week before I started getting a 401 error and haven’t been able to log in since. You’re better off just using the website directly.

Stopped working
All good at first, then stopped working on my iPad, two weeks later stopped working on my iPhone.

Used once or twice and hasn’t let me access anything since. Just shows an error code. Using the website now at least that’s working …… so far. Annoying that I can no longer see updates at a glance and have to sign in online every day. Good idea, shame it doesn’t work.

I want to be very clear that I am reviewing this app as an app. I am not reviewing eWay themselves.
This app is terrible. It’s basically just a set of links to their mobile website which open in your phone’s browser causing you to have to log in again. Uploading documents just takes you to a broken web page, and it’s very hard to interface with.
I’ve not worked with eWay long enough to review the company.

What’s the purchase of this?
I’m not entirely sure why this app was created as it never works and probably only worked the first three times logging in then after that nothing. I put my four code password in that it prompted you to create when first signing up, and each time I do, an error message pops up. I have deleted it and reinstalled and still the problem persists. A bit of a pointless one here.

App just doesn’t work
When it does load it difficult to navigate. Now I’ve just been locked out without a reason. And get an error code.

You might as well not bother with the app it just takes you to there on line site , and it’s not made easy as it says
Redirects to browser so a bit pointless
If you are going to redirect me to a browser every time I drill down to get more info that makes this app redundant. Just takes up screen space so deleting it.
Case actions doesn’t work
Using on IPad. Click on case actions and it boots me out since the update 23 Nov 24
Adds to the stress of house buying
App crashes, doesn’t work, you can’t read things when you need to, it’s just a complete pain and just makes the whole process more annoying than it needs to be.
