Good app
This is a good app for local weather reporting and information sharing in Southern New England. The issue is sometimes you get spammers in here posting inappropriate photographs. I wish there’s a way to turn off the photos and allow me to view those if I choose

I heard about this app when I first visited New England in 2021. When I moved here, June 2022 it became a lifesaver as I learned to adjust my expectations around the changeable weather here. I so appreciate Eric’s passion for the weather and his kind service to us all.

The only one I trust
I find these local forecasts to be more accurate than anyone else’s. Living on the CT River can produce all sorts of anomalous weather, and I trust eweather to get it right the most.
Been following since startup
Been following this weather service since the startup or even before he had an app. It’s always been super reliable, especially when talking about storm systems far out. The best part is no adds and it’s free. Hope it never changes.
My #1 weather app
We all want to know what the weather will be each day and this app provides that. It’s not generated by a computer or some algorithm, but by a hard working individual. It’s incredibly hard work that delivers accurate weather information.
BEWARE
Good overall app, but ZERO guardrails for bullies, abusive people. NO ABILITY TO BLOCK THEM.
No Nonsense Accurate Reporting
I’m a photographer in SECT and have used eweather for years now as an accurate source for scheduling my work. I can’t recommend this app and service enough!

Tells it like it is. Honest and shows all models. Gives his assessment and reasons why and posts local pics which are a bonus. Answers questions.

Drama free weather
Accurate no drama, no hype weather. Best forecast for southern New England
Great detail
eWeather has the most detailed weather reports out there. There are just a couple things I’d like to suggest: 1. The ability to choose your landing page. I have zero interest in the photographs and 100% interest in the weather. I’d love the app to open right to the weather feed rather than the “all” when I open the app. 2. There are a lot of updates throughout the day when it’s a busy weather day, which I appreciate beyond words, but this makes it cumbersome at times to find the actual “forecast”. I don’t know the answer to this, but I frequently find myself going into updates just to exit back out and scroll to the next post, just to click and exit out and scroll to the next post. Maybe it’s just me. Dunno.
Please keep up the good work. This is an incredibly accurate weather app for our area and I will always rely on it above all others!

Local, convenient, and accurate!
Love this app - love the Facebook posts as well…. E-weather has been my go-to for the last several years, and I’m a notorious weather app jumper. Can’t ever find one I love. This one fits the bill!
