The scan option is so Easy!
Before I purchase anything body or personal care, I scan on the app to double check the rating. This app makes it so easy to make sure I’m not using anything harmful on my body.

Stop with the pop ups!
I love this app but the amount of times a pop up appears upon me opening the app is crazy. I barely start to type in the product I’m searching for and a new box appears. Chill, we love you and we are using you to make our lives healthier. Cut back on the interruptions while we do this, please!
Use it all the time
I use this for hair products and whatever else I can think of and ot hasn’t failed me yet. I love that it gives you the link on amazon to buy.
Fragrance approved?
Why are products like Attitude being approved when they have fragrance listed in their ingredient list??

Love the idea
Most products I scan cannot be found. A few can be found if I physically type it in , but the app needs a lot of work and information input.
Must-have app for low tox living
Been using this app for a very long time and throughout my low tox journey to find nontoxic products and read various articles on clean water and dirty dozen produce.
A few recommendations
I do love this app however I do have a few recommendations to implement into the app to make it even better
• Manual barcode entry (sometimes I’m searching online and want to know about a product that isn’t in the database yet)
• Specific ingredient filters, not just broad categories. For example, I would like to filter out products that have phenoxyethanol or sodium laureth sulfate specifically.
• More broad filter options, like the ability to filter out or prioritize ingredients that aren’t/are malassezia safe.
• Still show the ingredient ratings for EWG Verified products. The ones verified just show as a list and you have to tap them to figure out their score.

I try to check every health and beauty product I purchase. You are the first test!
Great info
Can look for brands, high or low ratings. Did not find a few items but pretty complete enough to choose healthy foods.
Still a ways to go
I tried one day of premium and decided I can’t warrant the cost. This app has phenomenal potential and critical information, but it has a long ways to go until it will be truly meaningful for me. Out of the ten common items I scanned in my house, one was in the database. I’m happy to help build the database, but I’m not going to pay to do the work myself 😅 Really looking forward to future iterations because this could be my go-to resource.

Objective Review
This app gives you a detailed/concise (clear and precise) explanation (its ingredients and how/ why it is safe or harmful/toxic ) on any product that you might use on your body and will come in contact with your body. It is reliable and keeps me safe in terms of helps me avoid brands that just only want your money but don’t care if their products harm your body in the future.

My go to
Love this app, I go to it every time before I buy any product that touches my babies or my skin. The update has also made it a lot more user friendly, got rid of some of the glitchy bugs it seemed to make searching difficult before.
