Die App zeigt hin und wieder keine Standorte und man muss über eine Partnerapp für höhere Kosten laden.

Einfach runterladen und loslegen? Pustekuchen

Nach der Registrierung wird erstmal ein Vertrag erstellt.. ich stehe nun vor der ladesäule und kann nicht laden.

Hängt sich beim Hinzufügen des Zahlungsmittels auf. Nach dem ersten Ladevorgang zählt die App munter weiter und lässt mich den Ladevorgang nicht beenden, obwohl mein Auto dort schon gar nicht mehr steht. Keine Supportnummer zu finden. Eine Schande sowas.

Typisch EWP - Lieblos dahingewuchtet

Registrierung ein krampf, Formularfelder nicht formatiert, keine Schnellanmeldung möglich.

Account Freischaltung hat sage und schreibe 5 Stunden gedauert, Bezahlung geht nur über Lastschrift.

Die Stadt Potsdam verkommt immer mehr zu einer Museuemsstadt ohne Konzept und Tatendrang.
