Went downhill in 2024. Hasn’t come back since.
Since the update debacle in the spring of 2024 that caused a two week shutdown in HUD NSPIRE Inspections. The app has only gone downhill more since that time. Each update seems to cause a new unintended consequence. I don’t understand how this app is still in use for HUD NSPIRE Inspections.

Bad App Gets Worse
Very poor app. Text hidden by Dynamic Island. Poor memory management. Reboots too often when in the background. Worse after the latest update. Can’t go back and correct errors after creating inspections. Can’t delete inspections. Can no longer access the assessment view. Can’t go back in and pass inspections once repairs are made. Can’t go back and check inspection reports. Very very poor. Should be deleted. Using paper forms would be more efficient.

Great for Salesforce inspections
This app let us set up a complex inspection process in Salesforce and do inspections against all of the properties, buildings and units we are responsible for inspecting quickly and easily.
Freezes after latest update
The software at times freezes while attempting to enter in data and pictures for fail items.
Quality connected app
This app is very beneficial. It is a good connected app for Salesforce and brings the quality assurance, inspections, and analytics right to your finger tips. Highly recommend.
