Worst app I have ever used
My phone and laptop are both up to date, I have 160 gb of storage free, no other apps running, and I still can’t get this app to work. All the app tech support could tell me to do is restart my phone and reconnect to WiFi, still doesn’t work. They asked me if I could borrow someone else’s phone, but credentia said I had to be alone to take the test so there is no one I can borrow from! I’ve been trying to access the test for a full hour now. Going to just call credentia customer service and try to reschedule for an in person test because this is absolutely not worth the hassle. Wish I could give it zero stars!

Worked fine
The app worked fine for the duration of the testing. I had no issues with scanning the barcode provided by credentia or setting up the camera or microphone for testing.
WORSE DAY EVER
I downloaded this app as we were told to do when I was taking my GNA written exam. I waited 3 hours when my starting time was initially 5pm. Going back and forth with technical support because the app wasn’t working, waiting for an onboarding agent as well was hell for me. I was tired, I was hungry..everything and I had to go to work that same day. Terrible terrible!!!

Crashed before exam
I had an exam and it took an hour just for them to tell me their systems weren’t working and I couldn’t take my exam.
Issue get on
Horrible app couldn’t get in or sign on at all changed the password still can get in I miss my test and everything because this app is not working and nobody to help me at all to get on .sad what a very horrible app we shouldn’t be use this to take state test
