Keeps failing when I open files
any diagram crashes when I open them and try to modify something. The app displays an error and then it goes back to the folder view.
Love it. Don’t stop!!
Please keep making this better. It’s so so so needed. People just don’t know it yet. Works great for LLM-diagram feedback flows as well.
Incredibly well made app but missing a few simple functionalities
Absolutely love that this exists! Super useful to finally be able to use excalidraw like a local drawing software. Just wish a few basic things existed, like the app being able to open an .excalidraw file anywhere in the local file system via an “open drawing” dialogue box, and edit the file keeping it where it is rather than creating it in iCloud or a linked folder. Since I would like to keep drawings as part of a project in the project’s folder, and there may be many such projects at different locations locally.

Great!
Great app, but I did run into issues with uploading larger image files. It seems to automatically resize images, which renders text basically unreadable with larger images. I managed to get around it by chopping up the image into a bunch of smaller ones and kinda piecing them together like a jigsaw, but it would be great if there were support for image files without resizing them (or give the option to have the full-size image if you want to).

App is broken.
Keeps on loading and won’t go in edit mode. Stays in view mode. Useless. Wasted my time.
Excalidraw mais en mieux
Franchement, une application top sur iPad, avec toutes les fonctionnalités qu’on aime sur Excalidraw, mais en plus avec le support total de l’iPad et de l’Apple Pencil. J’adore, merci au développeur 😉.
Menú fastidioso
Intento colocar un cuadrado y me sale el menú de opciones de color y eso, lo quito y ya no puedo colocar el cuadrado, que fastidio

Incredibly Useful
I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to in this case. I was hesitant to try this app at first because of the low number of reviews, but after giving it a shot, I realized it deserves far more recognition. Adapted from the open source Excalidraw, this Mac version is incredibly well executed and has been a major improvement to my workflow. The ability to work locally is a huge plus.

Le falta mucho por mejorar
Es bastante engorroso no poder usar la mano a la vez que el Apple Pencil ademas no puedes escribir a la vez que tocas, creo que se tiene que pulir mucho las sensaciones táctiles pero escalidraw es siempre genial la uso en otras plataformas y me encanta su diseño espero que aquí también pueda usarla
Works Fine
Everything works fine, besides AI features being completely broke . The UI on IPhone is crowded and could be improved, but is decent overall.

Thank you for your feedback. Yes, the app's compatibility with iOS is not currently optimal, and we are actively working on improving this issue.
Broken
Can not choose tools with Apple Pencil. Looks like there is a bar overlaying the tool bar and a lot of the icons and functionality overlap making it unusable.
Fantastic Port of Excalidraw
Literally perfect. I really appreciate the way the canvas fades in (so many programs that use Excalidraw flash white before loading the canvas in).
There’s a small bug where the cursor becomes misaligned with where you are drawing (it’ll draw below and to the left of where you actually are). Simply hiding and re-showing the list of folders will correct the position.
My only request would be allowing the user to create a directory to store their files in. I know this can be difficult due to app sandboxing, but hopefully you can figure it out!

Amazing App
This is just what I was looking for! Simple and can use things offline. I would appreciate if a PDF export of a file could be made. I use Excalidraw for notes that I would print out.
