Bogus App!

The payslip view isn’t visible. Once you click payroll from sidebar - nothing will be visible.
Just personal details visible.
Re installing several times didn’t solve the issue!

What is Excelity ESS?

Excelity ESS is a mobile application designed to provide a simplified HR solution. It allows employees to access various HR functionalities directly from their smartphones, streamlining HR processes.

How do I register for the mobile app?

To use the mobile app, you must create a User ID and password specifically for mobile registration via the 'Mobile Registration' page on the ESS Portal. Your existing ESS portal PIN and password cannot be used for mobile login.

What if I can't see certain menus like Payroll or Personal Information?

If you can log in but do not see expected menus, please contact your HR/Payroll Admin. They can grant you access permissions for these specific menu items through the mobile app by getting in touch with Excelity Payroll.

Are web login and mobile login credentials the same?

No, web login and mobile login use separate sets of credentials. You must create a new User ID (Mobile ID) through the mobile registration page to log into the mobile app. Your ESS web app credentials will not work for mobile login.

What if the 'Mobile Registration' menu is not enabled on my portal?

If the 'Mobile Registration' menu is not visible, it means the feature has not yet been enabled for your client. This requires an approval process, and your HR/Payroll Admin may need to activate it for you.
