What Exchange Cart is Exchange Cart is an inventory viewing app built around exchange carts—so teams in hospitals and clinics can see what is on hand, where it lives, and how much is available, with a clear picture of each product. How it helps your team An administrator runs the catalog on a Mac or iPad: set up products, keep stock accurate, and control who can see what. Workers use an iPhone to open the carts they are assigned and view the same inventory in the field or on the floor—without needing to manage the master list on the phone. Assigned carts can also be opened on iPad when you want a larger screen for viewing. That split keeps responsibility simple: one person (or a small admin group) imports, adds, removes, and updates items and grants access so the right people see the right carts. Once data is prepared on Mac or iPad, it syncs to iPhones (and iPads used for viewing) for day-to-day use. What each item can show For every product, the app can include description, stock number, quantity / inventory level, and a product image (plus other fields where you use CSV import). Photos can come from your library or the camera on iPhone and iPad where supported. More you can do Search and filter lists; open Analytics from the chart control in a cart for summaries; share carts or items with the system share sheet; optionally use iCloud for backups and files across signed-in Apple devices. Use About Us and How to in the app for step-by-step guidance, including sign-in when your organization requires it. Privacy Your inventory stays on your devices unless you choose iCloud. No third-party analytics servers. Support Use Contact Support in the in-app About screen to email the team from your device (includes app version and device context in the message template). Requirements Requires iOS 26.0 or later, iPadOS 26.0 or later, and macOS 26.0 or later (matches Xcode; older OS versions are not supported). iCloud features need an Apple ID with iCloud enabled.
