BUGS, CRASHES, EVERYTIME
Fixed the bugs that makes it crash everytime I use garageband please. I would like to shop with you guys but THIS is what’s stopping me.

I have an old 190 kbps mp3 of a vocal separated from a music track recorded off a 90’s tape cassette, so not much top end to speak of. I added this, made some slight adjustments, and I swear it sounds like a studio recording. I mean, your results may vary, but I sure miss this plugin when it’s disabled.
I can definitely recommend this for mellow audio that needs top end restored. Another must buy for me. I also really like their bass enhancer. NOT sponsored - I just love the sound.

der Exciter funktioniert wirklich gut. Ohne komplizierte Einstellungen werden Oberwellen zum Produkt gemischt und machen das Ergebnis deutlich transparenter, ohne Teilbereiche im Frequenzbereich signifikant zu verändern.
Er ist einfach zu benutzen und sehr wirksam und erzeugt Ergebnisse, die mit einer Entzerrer/kompressor Kombination deutlich schwieriger zu erreichen sind, von der aufwändigen Einstellung einer solchen Kombination ganz angesehen.
Nachteil … es gibt ihn nur für Garageband, mit all seinen Nachteilen. Vorschlag …. Logic Pro wäre wünschenswert.

GarageBand crashes
I own all your EQs. Love the sound I can produce with them, but they crash GArageBand quite a bit. There’s just a high pitched click and then I have to close and reload GarageBand every time. Would appreciate some help with this Dev.
Simple and useful for improving audio
Update: Thanks to the dev for quick reply about issues. After buying the full version of the app I was able to get it to work in Cubasis. Developer passed on info on how to use it as a plugin in Garage Band (Does not show in External input as you might expect.) Shows up in some DAWs and recorder apps and can connect by Audiobus 3 in many others.
As for the effect itself, it's very good for demudding audio and crisping up the highs without adding excessive treble. Operation is simpler than other exciter plugins, which is a big plus.
As a standalone app, it doesn't do much other than let you modify audio from the mic. Can't process files files or save output.

Hi. You wrote “External Input” in GarageBand — do You mean Inter-App Audio (IAA) plug-ins list for input signal processing? “Exciter” doesn’t support IAA format since it was deprecated since iOS13, according to Apple iOS13 release notes: “Inter-App audio is deprecated. Use Audio Units for this functionality moving forward”.
