All was going well, up to the acquisition of refunds for queue payments made. I was repeatedly assured it wasn’t a scam……and then……they switched; the live support was gone, the email wasn’t responsive. Gaslighting is the favored mechanism for the modern snake oil salesman. What a pity…..
They revamped the game…..
The live customer service feed no longer exists. The contact is email. The platform fee is now $11.99. The fortunate thing is, from the previous game entered in May 30, I was able to get my queue payment refunds…, but, did not received the $1,137 on the final (20th) position. Let’s see whether this change will produce a course correction in its delivery.

Looks like they removed my original review. THIS IS A COMPLETE SCAM. To get your winnings, which are ridiculously easy to get, you have to pay a processing fee. They say it is because they have to pay Google to use their platform to make payments. Then you pay to expedite your winnings. This is just the first $1,000, my winnings are over $350,000.00. Thus far I have paid $377 in good faith, trusting it would be refunded with my payout. I pride myself on being smarter than that. Apparently, I am extremely stupid!! I requested my payout on May 29, 2025. Today is December 1, 2025. They have offered to refund the fees I paid multiple times now. The one time I got a response they said they were still processing it. What is there to process, transfer the money to my PayPal account. Now, like others, they have blocked me. When I write a message I get the red exclamation point. They are not going to refund me. I am filing complaints to PayPal and my bank to get refunded.

I have been 2nd in the queue for over 2 weeks on 2 of the payouts. Keep seeing it come across that all these people won but there’s a big difference in won & receiving. I would classify this another scam I fell for

I was really praying that I would actually receive my winnings to my account especially thru this hard financial situation I am in. Its always the same answer still in processing. I have not only contacted Apple but also the Federal Trade Commission. For everyone that’s been scammed in my case almost 50,000.00, turn them in! I have countless messages from this company saying the money is coming and I still haven't received it. I've been waiting since April 29th and it's been lie after lie after lie. And now they've blocked me on their chat so I can't contact them at all anymore. This company takes money out of your bank for taxes and fees and then does not pay. They're frauds!
