Please remove the “Welcome to …”
The app works, but it looks outdated and I have a really bad experience with the welcome audio that plays in the app.
The audio always glitches and stops my music from playing. It makes for a bad user experience.
Please at least add a setting to disable the voice (triggered when I click the button “Start Washing”).

The location feature is terrible
I’m part of the monthly washing program. Yet it is getting to where every single time we get to the car wash, we sit for almost 5 minutes, trying repeatedly, before the app finally picks up my location so it will go to the next prompt for me to scan the QR code to get my wash. I’m getting close to cancelling my membership and finding a new car wash to go to. They would serve themselves much better if they just put unique QR codes on their machines and no longer required the need to specify location first (And yes I have my app settings to always share location).

Garbage App and Customer Service
The wash club is a complete joke and the app is garbage. I’ve tried to get the app to use for a second vehicle but it will not work and says no services available. Waste of money and customer service is an AI chat bot.
App Failed
The app generated a code. When I entered the code the car wash terminal said invalid code. The only way for me to edit at that point was to hit finish.
Now I have a dirty car.

Purchased a wash book and now I can’t use it because app won’t load. Customer service is non existent.

The app doesn’t t load. Waste of time and money. DO NOT USE. Customer service is lacking and will not help you. Save your money and use another business.

Very easy to use. Love the game, but after the last update pushed out the game is no longer working right on swipe right stuff.

Will not load my plan
48 hour limit. Why.
Multiple times now I have needed to rewash due to rain or geese or other factors and there is a 48 hour limit, to the minute. This is quite the frustrating and not something that any of their competitors do. It’s not an unlimited plan. It also doesn’t inform you until you actually scan the QR code that you are within the 48 hours… so much wasted time. I’m paying for an unlimited wash plan so I don’t need to plan around the weather, and this is quite frustrating.

App is horrible
Numerous times I’ve gone to get a car wash and the app will not allow me to use the wash club. Cancelling my membership because of this. No wonder Mister Car Wash is taking over this market
Useless! Why bother?
App doesn’t work with any of my local systems and yet the advertise that it does. Do better. Wasted so much time signing up for nothing.
Takes forever
Maybe it’s just me but it takes forever to get the membership screen to pull information if it does at all without having to close and reopen the app or wait minutes….. too long for how fast everything else works these days

You will be lucky to redeem your washes. It constantly doesn’t recognize recognize my membership but takes my money no problem
Scam
Doesn’t work half the time. Won’t let me check in or scan the code with my membership. You can say it’s just glitches but seriously they make enough money to have a proper app.
